Shridhar Chillal : ウィキペディア英語版 | Shridhar Chillal
Shridhar Chillal (born 1938) holds the world record for the longest fingernails ever reached on a single hand, with a combined length of 6.15 meters (20 feet 2.25 inches). Chillal's longest single nail is 1.30 meters (4.25 feet). He stopped cutting his nails in 1952. Although proud of his record breaking nails, Chillal has faced increasing difficulties due to their weight, included disfigurement of his fingers and loss of function in his left hand.〔(Guinness World Records: Primetime: Man With The Longest Fingernails - TV.com )〕 Nerve damage caused from the nails' immense weight has also caused deafness in Chillal's left ear.〔 in late 2000 Chillal decided to cut his nails, hoping to sell them for $200,000. Chillal makes appearances with his finger nails in tow, such as his cameo (with nails attached) in the movie ''Jackass 2.5''. ==See also==
